Produced by Sarah Scheunhage and Iain Duncan, The Capital City Circus was founded in 2017 when Sarah moved back to Vancouver Island to open The Rising - Victoria Centre for Circus Arts. Chris has done his stand up comedy the last three years at the Vancouver Comedy Festival, and has opened for many comedians much better and more famous than he is over nearly six years of performing.
