Michael has at various times, enhanced his live show through the accompaniment of circus performers, string quartets and scratch DJs. He's opened for live touring artists such as Michael Bubl?, Caravan Palace and Arrested Development.

Even Frankie Knuckles knew that Michael's violin could make you move. In 2013, Michael Fraser's "fiddle riffs" were sampled by the "The God Father Of House", Frankie Knuckles in his track "Human Life - In It Together (Director's Cut Signature Togetherness)" and was released on Defected Records.
After hearing his first single, "Django Style." Ben Affleck approached Michael to score his animated film, "Ben Affleck on The Meaning of LIfe."In 2016, Michael was also invited by Academy Award winning director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu to perform live in a scene for the film, "The Revenant." Michael's pieces give films an emotional depth that can only be transmitted through the vehicle of his diverse and creative musicality.
