In 2007, Vancouver, BC based Redeye Empire was born. The band was formed after lifelong friends Gabe Davis and Mike Redmond returned home from their passionate pursuits of endless summer waves and crisp snowcapped peaks. Gabe and Mike picked up where they left off and the rest naturally fell into place.
Redeye Empire’s debut album “Redeye” quickly took shape. The bands unique take on Rock, Reggae, Ska and Hip-hop instantly started winning over fans. Shortly after the release of “Redeye” the boys hit the road on their first full U.S. tour with G Love & Special Sauce.
Redeye Empire’s debut album and initial tour set the stage for their follow up album “The Diary of Everett Miley”. Since then Redeye Empire has released 2 subsequent albums “Sea to Sky” and “Last Chance for Sunshine” and have continued to tour and share the stage with bands such as Slightly Stoopid, Pepper, Fishbone, Sublime with Rome, and The Dirty Heads…to name a few.
Now poised to release their 4th album “Vernon Grant Chronicles”, Redeye Empire is ready to do what they do best – playing music true to their roots and the West Coast lifestyle they love.
